What color should I dye my hair? (2 questions)?

I have medium length medium color blonde hair (I have highlights and lowlights so my hair has been processed). I want to go back to closer to my original color. I know I won't get my EXACT natural color but I want it close so that as it grows out the roots won't show as much. I found a color that I like but it says it adds add soft beige tones. My question is what will the results be? Will it have a green tinit like if you use a "ash" blonde color? I know that it will be different for each person but what in general should I expect.

The color is called Coastal Dune Dark Nuetral Blonde by Natural Instincts (Clariol). There is another that's called Coastal Dune Medium Champagne Blonde. Which of these should I use or should I not use either and find a different brand?
