They all have their pros and cons. Short hair can either be management free (aside from regular cuts) or take a lot of work to get it a certain way -- but really no more work than men's hairstyles. But it doesn't get in the way! The only really crappy thing is growing out short hair; it can look really bad and be hard to do anything with in the intermediate stages.
Medium hair and long hair can be pulled back out of the way and have more styling options, but length can make your hair really flat (if fine) or harder to brush or be frizzier (curls). But you can go longer between haircuts.
I personally loved having short hair and keep thinking about going back, but I don't have time for once a month haircuts.

i like medium. that way you can still do a lot with it but its still low maintenence

ive always been told i look better in medium length hair cause it frames my face and causes its more wavey when it short

I like my medium length redish brown hair i had hair down to my waist for 4 years just got it cut i can so much more with it and no more head aches it was very heavy it looked nice long and my husband was mad when i got it cut but oh well.
