it can't be over the top, and i was wondering what product you could use? and that makes the hair shape, but looks like you've used no gel or wax?

Try a texurising spray/gel spray like fructis surf hair or MD products,it's like a wax in a bottle and doesn't look waxy but holds well.

Put your hair half up half down and use a really nice clip. This is simple, but it looks great! If you want to make it stay, you could also use a little hairspray.

Another look is you could put a headband on and then straighten or curl your hair. Hairspray is the best way to make it stay up.

For styles you can pull it back for workouts, if you are gonna go to a formal party and want a up do then you can curl your hair in ringlets and pull it back. (But leave a small bundle of hair down so it'll look a little more formal.) If you want a casual look that leaves your hair down then try putting really small clips along your head like a head band. This also can be formal but to make it more formal you spray glitter hairspray in it to give a little shine. (This works with all hair styles and types) You can get glitter hairspray in scents at Bath and Body Works the hairspray is $10 but you can also spray it on your body. The scents they have are moonlight path, velvet tuberose, sensual amber and Japanese cherry blossom. To find more styles you can go to stores like Target and Walmart they should have magazines specially for hair styles. Product wise try using mousse let it sink in then carefully run your fingers through your hair. Also try just a LITTLE bit of plain hairspray. Again if it starts to get that weird look just run your fingers through it. You can use any brand like Suave or your favorite brand.
