nope you have to bleach it , bleach strips the colour out . if it goes a bit orangey or not the blonde you were looking for just slap on a toner it will look gorgous .

It's not about covering ,it's about lifting. Colour will not lift Colour, in other words the only product that will give you hi-lights is bleach, as it will get through the hair dye. No colour, especially home hair colour will lift through a medium brown home hair colour, other than bleach.
