straighten it, curl it, get some layers, let it grow, cut it, ....
just be creative n do what u think looks good. u can do about everything with medium length hair!

Rollers...put rollers in at night and enjoy the nice curly bob in the morning.

Well my hair is shoulder length, maybe a little above but not much. I have it in layers but its still pretty much shoulder length so I blow dry it and use a straightener to make it straight. Shoulder length hair looks pretty good with long layers.
