Looking for hair pictures? Medium, choppy, with layers?

So right now my hair is around three or four inches below my shoulders, and I want at LEAST an inch taken off. I am looking for a very choppy, shaggy hairstyle with LOTS of layers.

I have bangs too, so if there are bangs in the pictures that would be awesome. Thank you SO much!
