I can't decide what color hair I want! I keep thinking back forth from dark brown to medium blo

I'll be dead set on dark brown and the next minute I love medium blond hair! This is driving me insane! HOW can I figure out what hair color I really want???!!! And keep my mind made up! Can anyone POSSIBLY Help Me/give me some advice?!

Ask your stylist which color s/he thinks would look better on you.

One of those shades is going to be more flattering to your skin tone and eye color than the other one will. Why would you ever choose the one that would look worse?

well, depending on your skin tone, if you are really pale, nobody looks good with a really dark hair color, so if your fare toned i would go with the medium blond. have your ever thought of a redish brown color, that does wonders to a lot of people! like shannon bex from Danity Kane, her new hair color rocks!

Get some weave or a hair piece of the colors you think you might want. See how it looks then make your choice from there. Some high tech salons can take a photo of you and change your hair color and you will know exactly. But most of our salons are not like that so try some hairpieces and see how you feel....and your stylist, if she is professional should be able to help. GL

Everyone is going dark brown? Since when? From what I've seen, the trend is still to go blond just as it has been forever. Look at your coloring. Especially your eyes. What hair color would accentuate them the most. That's your answer. Maybe go to a wig store and try on a couple of wigs with both colors so you can see in advance what looks the best.

if i were you i would go to a sallon and see what they though would look best with your skin tone. or you could also compromise and go for a chestnut brown

I too go from med blonde to dark brown and I wasn't sure which I liked better. I think both looked nice but since I've been going blonde again, I've been getting way more compliments. People are telling me that it looked nice dark but it was actually washing me out a bit and the blonde just softens everything up. So I say go blonde but I suppose it really depends on your skin tone.

Go for the dark brown.

I also agree w/ Babi about how us brunettes actually get more attention. I go to bars/clubs with a really pretty blond friend of mine, but, I'd be the one getting all the attention (would really make her upset b/c she didn't understand why).

I also flip/flopped over light vs dark for over a year %26amp; decided to stick with dark for a few reasons. Not only the attention thing, but, it made my eyes "pop", and also gave me more of a seductive look vs the flirty blond look I had. It seemed the guys like the seductive more. The other reason: my hair is naturally dark %26amp; I was tired of constantly coloring it.
