My hair is medium length, a lil past my shoulders. I have tons of layers. And im tired of wearing my hair the same way everyday..i need help!

Dry your hair on a low setting, with your head upside down. Then stand up and finger comb. Very "big hair" look.
Allow your hair to air dry, then finger comb. Very curly.
Part your hair on the other side.
