Depends on the guy really and how he looks with it. If a guy had this hair and it was never washed or brushed.... Umm, yuck.. to say the least. If he was a handsome guy with a great hair and hygene, sure it could work. Not everybody suits every hair style, really depends on the person.
Do girls like medium hair length on men?
Medium....like what? If you mean shoulder length hair (which is considered medium for a girl) then i would call that excessive on a guy. I like guys to have hair long enough to cover their ears a bit, but nothing longer than that. Its all personal preference though. Some girls swoon over Fabio-like guys with super long hair. Other girls like army buzz cuts. It differs from girl to girl.
