buy some Pomade, like Pantene Pro-V pomade and it has directions on there. thats what my bf uses it works very good

but if it doesnt have directions, u just put it on dry hair and it'll stay up any way u put your hair. make it look messy and then spray on mega hold hairspray that should work out good luck hun :)

i would say use mousse. Gel makes your hair look wet. Mousse it then mess with it then maybe use a hair glue to get it spikey.

Use gel, try something like "Lets Jam" conditioning %26amp; shining gel in super hold by Soft Sheen-Carson.
